Information you give us

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the enquiry type you select and your message. We ask for these so we can answer you; there is no other use.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics, only if you accept. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded and none of this is collected.
• Security checks. Cloudflare Turnstile sees your IP address and basic browser signals when you submit the contact form or when an administrator signs in, in order to block automated abuse.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider records standard server request logs, including IP addresses, as part of operating and securing the site.

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not buy personal information from third parties.

• To answer your enquiry. Basis: steps taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
• To keep the site secure and working. Basis: our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and outages.
• To understand how the site is used. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Analytics cookies are switched off until you accept them. Declining costs you nothing: every part of the site works the same either way.

You can change your mind whenever you like: Cookie Preferences reopens the choice. Withdrawing consent stops analytics collection and deletes the analytics cookies this site set.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site on our behalf:

• Google (Firebase and Google Analytics). Stores contact-form submissions and, with your consent, processes analytics data.
• Cloudflare. Provides the Turnstile anti-bot check on our forms.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

These providers operate globally, so your information may be processed on servers outside Nepal, including in the European Union and the United States. Where transfers are subject to EU or UK data protection law, they rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

• Contact enquiries: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
• Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
• Your cookie choice: kept in your own browser until you clear it.

If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Depending on where you live, and in all cases where the EU or UK GDPR applies to you, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
• Have inaccurate information corrected.
• Have your information deleted.
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it.
• Receive the information you gave us in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent for analytics at any time, without affecting anything that happened before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these, email us at sales@abpearl.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your information to someone else.

If you are in the EU or UK and you think we have handled your information badly, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

This site is meant for adults buying and specifying bathroom and kitchen products. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date below it. Material changes affecting analytics will also reset your cookie choice, so you will be asked again.
